Arh... Fell ill on wednesday, the moment i stepped into my bunk an epidemic of sneezes which lead to spasms hah! Not being in the bunk for so long, i guess my immunity was down.

I then came down with a bad case of flu and fever, booked out on wednesday night to see the doctor and was given only 1 day MC, i was thinking "what the hell?". Just had no appetite what so ever and ate like 3 lumps of horfun, took my medicine and slept.

My head was pounding and my body was burning, i was howling like a monkey in a cage being scalded by hot water! Went back yesterday to get another day of MC luckily the doctor didnt charge me or it would have cost a bomb!

Anyway now i'm well enough to blog but not well enough to run a marathon just as yet.

And i just recieved news yesterday that i got promoted, long overdue but at least it's here.
