Wow long time since i've blogged, been too busy/ lazy. Anyway im going on course in 2 days time- troublesome but a good break from camp. But because of the course im unable to take part in the IMF security. Sad. Was kinda looking forward in doing my part in the IMF other than just smiling. At least i got to do 2 pre-sweeps before i left. :)
Today i took off to prepare my stuff for the course and as i was carrying my 5 tonne bag out of the camp a car stopped in front of me and gave me a lift, it was my company's ex-csm. I've never worked with him but nevertheless he wanted to do a good deed or something and gave me a lift.
I've heard alot of stories about him from the previous specialists that he was really good and caring to his specs and he was very on the ball, but the highlight of his character was that he was a bodybuilder who was really strong and really fit as in he could run really fast too. So there we were talking about 39 in his car and how's the company now when he mentioned that he's now posted as an instructor for course i will be attending! Freaky or what?! So he asked me where do i live and upon hearing i live near nee soon camp, where he is now based, he gave me a lift all the way back. Well, not to my doorstep but just outside the camp which was close enough for me to walk. What a strange but lucky encounter.
I've been listening to Mr brown's podcast the past few months and it's hilarious, i love his humour, sacarstic and brutal! His views remind me of my own sometimes just that we don't talk about them cause it can kinda sensitive especially us living in a country like singapore where speech is free only within a certain boundary. But i gotta give it to him man he's creative and hellofa funny la.
