My new captain just told me that he learnt alot ever since being captain although the time has only been a week since he first stepped up. He says it feels totally different being a captain from just being a team member, and how difficult it is. Here comes the punch, he told me i have completed my term GREAT. I was shocked, the words i have been hoping to hear, appreciation from my team mates. No plaque or great speeches needed for all that extra effort i put in. Just the simple appreciation shown. I wish them well.
